Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our shop, we can provide exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Exchange available for only online purchases.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange after 5 days have past.
- Please inform us as soon as you receive your package that you want to exchange (24hrs), or exchange is nullified. email@example.com
- The exchange item must be unwashed, unworn, odorless and with original tags.
- We have the right to refuse an item if shown to be worn or damaged.
- All Exchange shipping costs are on the customer.
- Please follow our size guide and the measurements before placing your orders.
Terms & Conditions:
All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which ensures the value of the goods, as well as a traceable shipping method to be used. Please provide us a tracking number. If the goods do not reach us within 8 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your exchange. The goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged. Any scent or marks on the item then the exchange will be null.
We will not be able to accept the exchange of any item where there is evidence that the product is worn. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer an exchange on items where any or all tickets/tags have been removed or broken.
