Return and Exchange
Exchange Only – Online Purchases.
- Exchanges will be honoured for merchandise received in the same condition you have received it: new, unused, odourless, unwashed condition within 7-10 days of delivery
- Please inform us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise, to why you want to exchange or your exchange will not be honoured.
- You will be responsible to pay the return shipping fees and re-shipping.
- Please, When shipping products, ship them with care and not (eg, outfits balled in package, rolled up, packaged poorly, soiled, washed, damaged packaging) or will be refused acceptance as damaged goods.
- Store credit will be issued for items out of stock.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- The original shipping fee will be deducted from the initial payment, on orders that have been discounted for shipping (Orders valuing OVER $120.00).
