Return Policy 

 

Here at ModernNisa, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Hassle-Free Returns.
  • Any items you purchased must be returned within 10 days of receiving (this includes any gifts).
  • RETURNS MUST be reported to ModernNisa customer service within 48 HRS or the return is ineligible!
  • All items are only eligible for a credit or an exchange, online.  
  • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, odorless and with original tags. We have the right to refuse an item if shown to be worn or damaged.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price or custom-made is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or use of coupon.
  • Your original shipping cost is non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping costs are on the customer.
  • If we made a mistake in size or colour, take a picture of the mishap within 24 hours of receiving your product then contact Customer Service. We will pay for shipping expenses and ensure you receive the correct product.

 

Online Store Credit.

  • Store credit will expire in 3 months from the date issued.

  • When shipping back the products, ship them with care. 
  • Please go through our size guide and product information on the product page before placing your orders.
