Return and Exchange
We want you to love your new purchase, But if, for some reason, You want to exchange, or get a store credit. you are most welcome to, within 10 days from the day you receive.
- Please go through our size guide before purchasing. We only carry selective and limited quantities in order for our customers to feel exclusive and special.
- You will receive the product as shown in the image. That’s our guarantee. If you don’t, then FULL REFUND.
- Due to the selective and exclusive nature of our couture gowns, we offer, only exchange or store credit.
- You may exchange or get a store credit if the size is not available within 10 business days from the date you have received the product.
- Please inform us through email at email@example.com within 1 or 2 days if you want to exchange/ get a store credit and the reason why, you want to exchange.
- We will send you our shipping address as soon as we received your request.
- Item must be returned as bought, with original tags, Unwashed, Unworn, Undamaged and odourless otherwise we wouldn’t accept your request.
- PLEASE NOTE : SALE items and Custom made dresses are NON –Exchangable.
- Please NO DISCOUNT on products on SALE.
- Customer pays for their own Shipping for Exchange/ Store Credit.
